Service program a very good idea (Hattiesburg American)

The city of Hattiesburg is considering an idea that would save money and also get some much-needed work done. Municipal Court Judges George Smith and Vanessa Jones have proposed that the city use misdemeanor offenders in a community service program instead of housing them at the Forrest County Work Center.
